The hotel was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, plus a fridge and kettle for coffee and snacks. Breakfast had plenty of options, though some staff could be more attentive. Minor issues like a tricky TV and a lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom were noted, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Very modern and well appointed rooms. A real surprise for a hotel in this location.
Front desk and breakfast area was not available until 6.30 which should be earlier such as 6am.

the atmosphere was light the place was welcomeing nice wide walkways as well no fighting with luggage well lit hallways at night very quite rooms good soundproofing
restaurant and room service need to be a little more traveller friendly please keep in mind you are only a few kms from airport something needs to be available to guests that arrive late other than macas not everyone wants to drive the streets in unknown areas a 9- 10pm cut off feels very unaccomodating for the late flyer in

When we first booked our accommodation we were concerned that it was attached to a pub and therefore we were paying a huge amount just for the location. BUT it is beautiful. We've been and stayed twice now. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable AND CLEAN!!! Will definately be staying there again :)

Cleaners did a very poor job. Need some cutlery. One of your reception desk ladies needs to be more helpful and friendly. I didnt note her name.
